Each award happens once, with no second take. So the planning matters more than the kit: where the cameras stand, when winners come off stage, and who we interview while the feeling is still there.

Pre-production
We plan the shoot, shape the key messages with you, build the shot lists and lock the call sheet before anyone films. Locations, talent and logistics are handled, and we coach anyone nervous about being on camera.

03 We handle it
The shoot
An experienced crew runs the day to the call sheet and settles people on camera fast. Broadcast-grade cameras, audio and lighting, with backups for the backups. We came up through live news, so calm under pressure is the default.

04 Your part
Post-production
We edit and finish, then send the cut through Frame.io so you comment straight on the frame. Two rounds of changes are built in. Social cutdowns are planned from the start, so one shoot works everywhere.

Can you film every winner?
Yes. We plan camera positions from the run sheet so every announcement and walk to the stage is covered. Send it through as early as you can, even a draft.
Do you interview winners on the night?
Yes. We grab winners and presenters on the night, while the feeling is still there. Tell us who matters most and we'll plan around them.
Do you work black tie and formal venues?
Yes. A black tie gala in the ICC Sydney ballroom and a formal evening at Government House are both on our list. We agree camera positions with the venue in advance.
How quickly will we get the video?
Within 10 business days of the event, or faster if you need it. On a tight deadline? We can turn an edit around in 48 hours. The delivery date goes in the quote, so there are no surprises.
What do you need from us to quote an awards night?
Not much. The date, the venue and the run sheet, even a rough one. If something's missing, Jess will call and ask rather than send you a form. You'll hear back within one business day.
How much of my time will this take?
Less than you'd think. A short brief call and the run sheet, then two rounds of notes on the edit. Jess books the crew and sends the call sheet. On the day, you look after your guests.
