You do. The finished videos are yours to use anywhere, for as long as you like. No licence period and no usage fees.
Yes. Captions, transcripts and readable on-screen text are standard requests here and we build them into the quote. Tell us the standard you work to and we’ll meet it.
Yes, as a matter of course. Send yours with the brief. We also clear desks, screens and whiteboards before we roll, so nothing walks into shot that should not be there.
Two rounds of changes are included, and most sign-offs land inside that. Beyond it we quote the extra work up front so there’s no surprise. Because we keep the project files, a change six months later is usually a small job rather than a new one.
