What it is
Speaker video is a keynote, a panel, a launch or a fireside chat, filmed so what was said can live past the day.
Keep each session in full for anyone who missed it. Or cut the best two minutes into a clip that works on its own, for LinkedIn, your newsletter or the speaker to share.
Spotlight · RESET 2026
RESET 2026 put twelve speakers in front of more than 600 senior marketers, on the day AANA and ADMA became the Marketing Association of Australia.
Every speaker got a three minute highlight of their session, alongside the highlights wrap, the sponsor films and the vox pops. Read the RESET case study.
Send the run sheet and tell us which sessions matter most. You'll get one fixed quote, usually within one business day.
How we work
Five stages, all handled. You send the run sheet and give your feedback. We run the rest.
Tell us the goal, the audience and the deadline once. Jess turns it into a scope, a plan and a fixed quote, so you know what you’re getting before anything is locked in.
We plan the shoot, shape the key messages with you, build the shot lists and lock the call sheet before anyone films. Locations, talent and logistics are handled, and we coach anyone nervous about being on camera.
An experienced crew runs the day to the call sheet and settles people on camera fast. Broadcast-grade cameras, audio and lighting, with backups for the backups. We came up through live news, so calm under pressure is the default.
We edit and finish, then send the cut through Frame.io so you comment straight on the frame. Two rounds of changes are built in. Social cutdowns are planned from the start, so one shoot works everywhere.
You get the final files in the formats you need, ready to go across every channel. They’re yours to use anywhere, for as long as you like.
How we film a stage
We take a feed from the sound desk and back it up with our own mics, so a keynote never comes back as muddy room sound.
For a full program across several rooms, see conference video.
How we film it
Zarco Creative delivered video and photography for YPO's GLC and EDGE conference at the ICC in Sydney, including a full podcast setup and coverage across the programme. The team were straightforward to work with from the first call, calm throughout the event, and every deliverable arrived on schedule. We would be glad to work with them again
I’m really relaxed. Even the events I’m not present at, I’m not worried at all.
They make our attendees feel comfortable on camera, find solutions and ways to maximise on content during the day.
Send the date and the run sheet. We'll come back with one fixed quote, usually within one business day.
Good to know
Yes. For a full program we plan cameras room by room and film every session. See conference video for multi-day and multi-room events.
Yes. We take a feed straight from the sound desk and back it up with our own mics. That way keynotes, panels and Q and A all come through clean, not muddy room sound.
Within 10 business days of the event, or faster if you need it. On a tight deadline? We can turn an edit around in 48 hours. The delivery date goes in the quote, so there are no surprises.
Yes, with the same crew filming the day. See livestreaming, and we'll fold it into one quote.
Not much. The date, the venue and the run sheet, even a rough one. If something's missing, Jess will call and ask rather than send you a form. You'll hear back within one business day.
Less than you'd think. A short brief call and the run sheet, then two rounds of notes on the edit. Jess books the crew and sends the call sheet. On the day, you look after your guests.
Based in Sydney, filming right across the city and beyond. We travel across NSW and interstate for the right job.
