Most video projects feel like a second job. Chasing crews, managing the day, wrangling feedback. Our whole process is built to take that off your plate. You brief us once, and we look after the rest.

How we work

How a job runs, step by step.

Five stages, all handled. You brief us once and give your feedback. We run the rest.

01 Your part

Brief

Tell us the goal, the audience and the deadline once. Jess turns it into a scope, a plan and a fixed quote, so you know what you’re getting before anything is locked in.

  • One clear brief, no back and forth
  • A fixed quote up front, itemised
  • One point of contact, start to finish

Our promises

What stays true, start to finish.

The stages change. These don’t.

One point of contact

You deal with Jess from the first call to the final files. No handover chain, no chasing three people for one answer.

A fixed quote up front

Itemised and locked before anything is booked. The number you approve is the number on the invoice.

No surprises

We explain everything from the start and flag anything that changes. You always know where the job is up to.

Delivered as promised

When we say a date, we mean it. Final files arrive on time, in every format you need.

Timing

The shape of a typical job.

Every job is scheduled to its own deadline, but most corporate video shoots in Sydney run like this.

  1. Day 1

    Brief and quote

One call to scope it. A fixed quote back, usually within a day.

  2. Week 1

    Planning

Shot list, locations and the call sheet locked. We handle the logistics.

  3. Week 2

    The shoot

An experienced crew runs the day to the call sheet. You can step away.

  4. Week 3

    First cut

The first edit lands in Frame.io within 10 business days of the shoot.

  5. Then

    Final files

Two rounds of changes built in, then the finished videos are yours to use anywhere, for as long as you like.

Need it faster? Tell us the date and we’ll tell you honestly if it’s doable.

On set

The calm comes from years of live news.

I’m really relaxed. Even the events I’m not present at, I’m not worried at all.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

Who runs the shoot day?

An experienced lead runs the day to the call sheet, start to wrap. You don’t manage anyone. Plenty of clients brief us once and don’t think about it again until the first cut.

Do we need to be on set?

You’re welcome, but you don’t need to be there. The brief covers what we need, and we send the cut through Frame.io so you review in your own time.

How many rounds of changes are included?

Two rounds are built in on every job. You comment straight on the frame in Frame.io, so feedback is quick and nothing gets lost in an email chain.

What do we need to prepare?

Just the brief. We handle the crew, the gear, the call sheet and the schedule, and we’ll guide you on anything we need from your side.

How fast can you turn a video around?

Most projects are filmed within a couple of weeks of the brief, with the first edit within 10 business days of the shoot. On a tight deadline? Tell us the date and we’ll tell you honestly if it’s doable.

These are the ones that come up on nearly every job. The FAQ page has thirty straight answers on cost, timing, what happens on the day and who owns the footage.

Got something coming up?

Let’s make the day easy.

Tell us what’s coming up. Jess will come back with a plan and a fixed quote within one business day. No hard sell.
