The 60 second sizzle
The hero reel. Energy, atmosphere, the moments that mattered. The one you send to sponsors and open next year's pitch with.

An event is over in a day. The highlight reel is what's left, and it does the selling for the next twelve months. Sponsors see what they bought. Delegates see what they missed. Your board sees where the money went.
It has to feel like the room felt. Full, warm, worth being at. That comes from what gets filmed on the day, so we shoot with the reel in mind from the first shot.

One event, several finished pieces, each doing a different job.

The short version for socials and email, built to work in a feed and with no sound.
Two to three minutes with speakers and content, for the post-event wrap and the website.
Individual talks pulled out as their own videos, which sponsors and speakers then share for you.
See conference video →Real delegates saying why it was worth coming. The most persuasive thing on the reel.
See vox pop video →Reframed for phones, captioned, ready to post rather than ready to reformat.
See Instagram reels →Tell us the date, the venue and what the reel needs to do. We'll scope it and quote it fixed.

How we work
Five stages, all handled. You send the run sheet and give your feedback. We run the rest.
Tell us the goal, the audience and the deadline once. Jess turns it into a scope, a plan and a fixed quote, so you know what you’re getting before anything is locked in.
We plan the shoot, shape the key messages with you, build the shot lists and lock the call sheet before anyone films. Locations, talent and logistics are handled, and we coach anyone nervous about being on camera.
An experienced crew runs the day to the call sheet and settles people on camera fast. Broadcast-grade cameras, audio and lighting, with backups for the backups. We came up through live news, so calm under pressure is the default.
We edit and finish, then send the cut through Frame.io so you comment straight on the frame. Two rounds of changes are built in. Social cutdowns are planned from the start, so one shoot works everywhere.
You get the final files in the formats you need, ready to go across every channel. They’re yours to use anywhere, for as long as you like.
A highlight reel that lands three weeks later is a record. One that lands while people are still posting about it's marketing.
The sizzle set comes back within three business days as standard. If you need something on the night or the next morning, say so when you book and we'll build the day around it.

Angles and timing chosen so the room reads busy, even during the quiet half hour after lunch.
Reactions, conversations and the queue for coffee. That's what makes people want to be there.
We get the branding, the stands and the logo walls covered, because someone will ask.
A clean feed from the desk plus room sound, so the speakers are usable and the room feels alive.
Arrival, build, peak, close. A reel with a shape holds people all the way through.
The sponsor version, the socials version and the website version aren't the same edit.

I’m really relaxed. Even the events I’m not present at, I’m not worried at all.
They make our attendees feel comfortable on camera, find solutions and ways to maximise on content during the day.
Send the date and the venue. We'll come back with a fixed quote, usually within one business day.
Good to know
The sizzle set comes back within three business days as standard. Same night or next morning is possible if you tell us up front, because it changes how we run the shoot.
Not much. The event, the date, the venue and where the reel will be used. If something's missing, Jess will call and ask rather than send you a form. You'll hear back within one business day.
Hardly any. A short brief call before the event, then two rounds of notes on the reel. Jess books the crew and sends the call sheet. You run the event, and we film it.
Sixty seconds for the hero, thirty for social. Longer than about ninety seconds and people stop watching, unless it's a full recap for your own site.
Usually yes. Send us what you've got and we'll tell you honestly what's there before you commit to anything.
That's a common ask and an easy one, since the footage is already there. Tell us who needs what and we'll build the versions into the quote.
Yes. For a run of days we'll usually turn a short reel around each night as well as the full one at the end, so there's something to post while it's on.
