So we plan around the person, not the shoot. We set up before they arrive, keep the crew small and the footprint low, and have everything lit and tested so they sit down and start talking. Most leadership pieces need under an hour of their time.
Confidentiality gets handled up front. We agree what can appear on screen, clear desks and monitors before we roll, and sign whatever your firm needs us to sign. Nothing goes anywhere without your sign-off.
A partner in the chair for an hour is worth more than one video. We shoot it so the same session cuts several ways.
That usually means a main piece for the website, shorter answers for LinkedIn, and vertical cuts for social. We film the room and the people around it at the same time. That gives the edit something to cut to, and the firm looks like a real place rather than a stock photo.

Usually under an hour each. We set up and light the room before they walk in, so their time is spent talking, not waiting. If we are filming several people we stagger them so nobody sits around.
Yes. We work with a small crew and quiet kit, and we can shoot early or between meetings. Tell us the rooms we can use and the times that are off limits, and we will build the day around them.
We agree before the shoot what can appear on screen, and we clear desks, monitors and whiteboards before we roll. We are happy to sign your NDA. Nothing is published until you have approved the cut.
You do. The final files are yours to use wherever you like, with no licence period and no usage fees. If you also want the raw footage we can supply it, and we will quote that separately.
