Yes. Zarco Creative is registered on AusTender and active on the VendorPanel Marketplace. We carry public liability and workers compensation cover, and we’ll supply the certificates and whatever else your process asks for.
We treat it as embargoed from the moment we film. Files are held, clearly named and not shared beyond the people you name, and nothing is published or used as a sample until you release it.
Yes. For announcements and events we can edit on site and hand over a cut the same day when that’s what the moment needs. Tell us the deadline first and we’ll crew the day for it.
Yes, and we send the certificate with the quote or on request. If your venue or site needs a specific level of cover, tell us at briefing and we’ll confirm it before the day.
Yes, and they’re in the quote rather than added later. Tell us the standard your agency works to and we’ll meet it.
Yes. Livestreaming is core to what we do, and we have streamed formal ceremonies for the NSW Government. We can stream it and cut a highlights piece from the same day.
We work to whatever the site requires, including inductions, escorts and restricted areas. Tell us the rules at briefing and the crew booked on the day will be across them before they arrive.
