How long should a case study video be?

Most hero case study videos sit around two to three minutes. That's long enough to tell the challenge, solution and result, short enough to hold attention. We usually cut shorter social versions from the same footage. We'll recommend a length once we know where you'll use it.

How do you structure a case study video?

We build it around challenge, solution and result. Your customer sets up the problem they had, explains what changed when they worked with you, then names the outcome in their own words. It reads as their story, not your pitch, which is what makes buyers believe it.

What if our customer isn't comfortable on camera?

That's the norm, not the exception. Our crew came up through live broadcast news, so settling nervous people on camera is the part we know best. Oscar leads the interview, keeps it warm, and gets real answers without your customer feeling put on the spot.

Can you film our customer if they're interstate?

Yes. We're based in Sydney and film across NSW, and we travel interstate for the right job. Your customer being in another city isn't a blocker. You brief us once and we handle the travel and logistics.

Can we get social cutdowns from the one interview?

Yes, and we'd recommend it. From a single interview we cut a hero film plus short vertical and square versions for LinkedIn and other feeds. You sit your customer down once and leave with a film and a run of social content.

How long does a case study video take from brief to delivery?

It varies with scheduling and scope, but a typical single-customer case study runs a few weeks from brief to final files. The biggest variable is customer availability for the shoot. We edit and deliver through Frame.io with two rounds of review built in.
