A polished testimonial is useful. A stranger at your event saying the honest thing in fifteen seconds is better, because nobody thinks it was scripted.
Vox pops are quick to shoot and they travel. They're the clips that get reshared, because the person in them wants to share it too.

How we work
Five stages, all handled. You brief us once and give your feedback. We run the rest.
Tell us the goal, the audience and the deadline once. Jess turns it into a scope, a plan and a fixed quote, so you know what you are getting before anything is locked in.
We plan the shoot, script the messaging, build the shot lists and lock the call sheet before anyone films. Locations, talent and logistics are handled, and we coach anyone nervous about being on camera.
An experienced crew runs the day to the call sheet and settles people on camera fast. Broadcast-grade cameras, audio and lighting, with backups for the backups. We came up through live news, so calm under pressure is the default.
We edit and finish, then send the cut through Frame.io so you comment straight on the frame. Two rounds of changes are built in. Social cutdowns are planned from the start, so one shoot works everywhere.
You get the final files in the formats you need, ready to go across every channel. They are yours to keep, no strings, no chasing.
This is the hard part. Most people freeze, or they give you a polite non-answer, or they talk for four minutes and never land a point.
Our crew came up through live news, where stopping strangers and getting a usable grab in ninety seconds is the job. They know how to ask so people answer in whole sentences instead of nodding at a question.

A vox pop session usually turns into more content than anything else on the day, because every person is their own clip.
The best grabs edited into one short film. The piece that goes on the recap and the website.
Each person as their own captioned clip, ready to post or send to them to share.
Reframed and captioned for phones, so nothing needs redoing before it goes up.
The strongest lines dropped into the event reel, where they do the persuading.
Our work
I’m really relaxed. Even at events I’m not at, I’m not worried at all. It’s set and forget.
They make our attendees feel comfortable on camera, and find ways to maximise the content on the day.
I had a partner, not a supplier. They were truly part of the team, across a four day, five week event.
Good to know
Fifteen to twenty in a couple of hours is realistic at a busy event. It depends on how willing the room is, and there's always a warm-up period.
It happens for the first ten minutes and then it turns around, especially once people see it takes two minutes. Having your team point us at a few friendly faces early makes a real difference.
We'll draft them and send them over for you to approve. Three or four questions is the sweet spot, and we'll tell you which ones get a real answer.
Yes. Anyone we film signs a short release on the spot, so you can use the footage without chasing permission later.
Yes, it's a common add-on and the cheapest extra content you can get on a day you're already paying for. Just tell us at the briefing stage so we schedule the time.
Based in Sydney, filming across the CBD, North Sydney, Macquarie Park, Parramatta, the Inner West and beyond. We travel across NSW and interstate for the right job.
