How we got here
Oscar spent fifteen years in live news at Network Ten. Jess spent a decade teaching in private schools. One of us learnt to get it right first time, on air. The other learnt to run a day so everyone knows where they need to be, including the nervous ones.
When clients started asking Oscar to film for them, the same story kept coming up. The people hiring video were running it on top of everything else. Some crews waited to be told every shot. Others went off and made their own film. Either way, the client was managing the crew.
So we started Zarco Creative to take that job off their plate. You brief us once. We plan it, film it and cut it, and Jess is your one point of contact the whole way.
Most of our work is for corporate teams: CEO pieces, staff interviews and internal comms. Here’s how our corporate video production in Sydney runs. We also run media interview training in Sydney on a real broadcast set.

She spent a decade teaching in private schools, so she runs the plan, the brief and the day, and has a knack for putting nervous people at ease on camera. She is your single point of contact, start to finish.

Oscar spent fifteen years in live news at Network Ten. Two FIFA World Cups. The Summer and Winter Olympics. The COP21 climate conference in Paris. Court cases in Jakarta, cut and sent the same day to make the evening news. One take, no second chances, and a deadline that never moved.
Now he brings that to corporate work. A CEO with ten minutes between meetings. A PwC program running four days across five weeks. A livestream with hundreds watching and no second take. The pressure looks different, but the calm is the same.
Oscar leads our crew, and every one of them works to that standard. They read the room, work out what matters and get it the first time. You don’t have to direct every shot. And your people forget the camera’s there.
