Customer story
A single happy client talks through their experience, warm and unscripted. The everyday workhorse for your website and sales team.
Trusted by

People trust other people, not ads. A testimonial video lets a real client vouch for you, in their own words, on camera. That's the proof a prospect needs before they say yes.
Video carries what text can't: tone, warmth, a genuine face. It builds the know, like and trust that shortens a sales conversation. It works on your website, in a pitch and across your socials.

It's a short video of a real customer talking about working with you: the problem they had, what changed, and the result. The sweet spot is two to three minutes for the hero cut, with shorter versions for social and email.
You'll use it on your homepage, landing pages, sales decks, LinkedIn and at trade shows. One shoot, proof you can put everywhere your buyers are deciding.

Not every testimonial does the same job. We match the format to what you're trying to prove, then film it so it feels natural.

The full story with the result, the problem, what you did and the outcome, often with numbers on screen. More persuasive for a sceptical buyer.

Our work
Proof right where a visitor is deciding whether to enquire.
A real client voice that does the convincing for you.
Short cutdowns built to stop the scroll and travel.
Drop a clip into a nurture email to warm a quiet lead.
Play it on the stand or share it with the team as proof.
The biggest fear with testimonials is a stiff, wooden take. Our crew came up through live broadcast news at Network Ten, so settling nervous people is second nature. Oscar has interviewed hundreds of people on camera under pressure.
We keep the set calm, ask the questions like a conversation, and let your client relax into it. What you get is a natural, credible take that actually sounds like them.

Both use a real client, but they do different jobs. A quick guide, and if you want the full outcome with numbers, see our case study video page.

Tell us who you'd love to feature and what you want it to prove. We'll shape the story and send a fixed quote.

We're an extension of your team, there to make you look good and make the whole thing easy. We've filmed for PwC, Bunnings, Coles, Penfolds and Sennheiser, so your customers are in safe hands. With Jess as your single point of contact and a broadcast-grade crew on set, this is corporate video without the client having to manage it.
How we work
Five stages, all handled. You brief us once and give your feedback. We run the rest.
Tell us the goal, the audience and the deadline once. Jess turns it into a scope, a plan and a fixed quote, so you know what you are getting before anything is locked in.
We plan the shoot, script the messaging, build the shot lists and lock the call sheet before anyone films. Locations, talent and logistics are handled, and we coach anyone nervous about being on camera.
An experienced crew runs the day to the call sheet and settles people on camera fast. Broadcast-grade cameras, audio and lighting, with backups for the backups. We came up through live news, so calm under pressure is the default.
We edit and finish, then send the cut through Frame.io so you comment straight on the frame. Two rounds of changes are built in. Social cutdowns are planned from the start, so one shoot works everywhere.
You get the final files in the formats you need, ready to go across every channel. They are yours to keep, no strings, no chasing.
I’m really relaxed. Even at events I’m not at, I’m not worried at all. It’s set and forget.
They make our attendees feel comfortable on camera, and find ways to maximise the content on the day.
I had a partner, not a supplier. They were truly part of the team, across a four day, five week event.
Good to know
It depends on the scope: how many customers you feature, how many locations, the filming time and how many edits you need. A single interview at one site costs less than a multi-customer shoot across several offices. Tell us what you're picturing and we'll send a fixed quote. Book a call and we'll price it properly.
The hero cut usually sits between one and three minutes. That's long enough to tell the story and short enough to hold a busy buyer. We also cut 15 to 30 second versions for LinkedIn and email, so one shoot gives you the full set.
We keep the set calm and treat the interview like a chat, not an interrogation. Our crew came up through live news at Network Ten, so settling nerves is second nature. A short pre-interview call means your customer turns up knowing what to expect, which is when the best takes happen.
Unscripted is almost always better. A scripted testimonial reads stiff and people can smell it. We write a question set that draws out the real story, then guide the conversation so it stays natural and on point. Your customer sounds like themselves, which is exactly what makes it believable.
Most testimonial videos are ready two to three weeks after the shoot, faster if you're on a deadline, just tell us. Filming is usually a half or full day depending on how many customers you feature. You review each cut through Frame.io with two rounds of revisions built in.
You own the finished video outright, no licensing catch. The raw footage is available as a paid add-on if you want to keep it for later. Just flag it when we're quoting and we'll build it in.
Based in Sydney, filming across the CBD, North Sydney, Macquarie Park, Parramatta, the Inner West and beyond. We travel across NSW and interstate for the right job.
