The Reinvention Lab, run at PwC's Experience Centre in Sydney with Microsoft as partner. A keynote to a full auditorium, then the room breaks up into hands-on stations. An internal team already flat out running it, and no appetite for managing a video crew on top.
We took the brief once, then ran our own day. The main session from the back of the room, then the stations as they ran: virtual reality headsets, generative AI demonstrations, business model whiteboarding, the reinvention diagnostic, the immersive projection room.
The stations ran once and moved on, so there was no second pass at any of them. Everything came down to the plan we set before the doors opened. The event team got their coverage without giving up their day to us, which is the whole point. PwC has since become one of our longest running accounts, including two years on The Outside.
