A conversation piece for the PwC Academy Signature Experience, part of the Future thread. Hosted by Holly Ransom with Dr Catherine Ball, Rebecca Maklad and Shasta Henry, made for senior associates and managers who couldn't get to the event.
We filmed the conversation outdoors in parkland rather than in a studio, which keeps it in the world of the event itself. Clean audio in an open environment is the hard part, so that's where the effort went. Cut with full subtitles and the PwC Academy titling so it can run silent.
Clean audio outdoors is the whole job on a piece like this. Wind, birds, and a venue with no walls, against four people who need to sound like they're in the same conversation. We cut it with full subtitles so it holds up on a phone with the sound off, which is how most of the audience actually watched it.
