A Porsche Taycan experience held at Royal Randwick with the Australian Turf Club and Porsche Centre Willoughby. Two premium brands sharing a venue, and the film had to make the pairing look deliberate rather than convenient.
We shot the driving first, the cars through the tunnel and out onto the course, then the detail: the crest, the wheels, the badge in the rain. Inside, the guest experience, the cars on display, the presentation and the hospitality.
Racehorses walked past the Taycans on their way to the track and we were rolling. You can't brief that, and it does more for the pairing than anything we could have set up. The rest of the day was covered in full so that moment had somewhere to sit: the driving, the detail, the guests and the presentation.
