A short documentary about Guy Warren, the Australian artist, still drawing and painting at 100, made for broadcast on The Sunday Project.
We filmed him at work in his own studio and stayed out of it. The film moves between the drawing on the desk, his exhibition at the National Centre for Drawing, archive photographs from his war years, and an evening where he appeared on stage with musicians. The craft here is patience and knowing when not to ask the next question.
