Property and Construction
Developers, builders and agencies sell a vision before it is built. We make project and development films, site progress and drone work. The scale on screen, the detail up close.
An active site has trades, machinery and a program that does not pause for a camera.
We work to your site rules, complete the inductions you require and wear the PPE the site calls for. Tell us your requirements at quoting stage rather than the week of the shoot, so there is time to sort them. On the day we work around the trades instead of stopping them, and we plan the shots so the crew is never where the work is.
Drone is flown to CASA rules, with the approvals for the location sorted before we arrive rather than argued about on site.
The job in property is showing scale and finish before either exists, then proving it once they do.
That is usually a mix: drone for the scale and the setting, ground footage for the detail and the finish, and time lapse to show a build actually happening. Progress filming across months gives you content the whole way through, and a finished film at the end that cost less than starting from scratch.
We can film in stages across a program and hold a consistent look from the first visit to handover. The final piece then reads as one film, not a compilation.
Selected work
A look at how we work across every job. Industry-specific cuts going up here soon.
What we make
One team, end to end. Each of these has its own page if you want the detail.
I’m really relaxed. Even at events I’m not at, I’m not worried at all. It’s set and forget.
They make our attendees feel comfortable on camera, and find ways to maximise the content on the day.
I had a partner, not a supplier. They were truly part of the team, across a four day, five week event.
Good to know
Yes. We complete the inductions you require, wear the PPE the site calls for and work around the trades rather than stopping them. Send us your site requirements at quoting stage so there is time to sort them.
Yes. Drone is flown to CASA rules and we arrange the approvals for the location before the shoot. Tell us the address early, because some locations need more notice than others.
Yes. Time lapse over a program shows the build actually happening, which is the thing a finished film cannot show. We will work out the interval and the camera positions with you at the start.
Yes, and it is usually the best value. Filming in stages gives you content to release the whole way through. The final film is then built from footage you already have, rather than shot from scratch at the end.
