Safety and access first, because nothing happens until they’re sorted.
The project, the stage, the site rules and the dates. Fixed price back, itemised so it can go to a head contractor or a developer as it is.
Inductions, tickets, PPE, insurance certificates and drone approvals sorted in the week before, not on the morning of the shoot.
We work to the escort and the exclusion zones, and plan shots that don’t stop the job. Drone flown to CASA rules where it’s approved.
The project film plus short cuts for social and for tender documents. Files are yours, so the footage carries into the next submission.

Yes. We complete the inductions you require, wear the PPE the site calls for and work around the trades rather than stopping them. Send us your site requirements at quoting stage so there’s time to sort them.
Yes. Drone is flown to CASA rules and we arrange the approvals for the location before the shoot. Tell us the address early, because some locations need more notice than others.
Yes. Time lapse over a program shows the build actually happening, which is the thing a finished film can’t show. We’ll work out the interval and the camera positions with you at the start.
Yes, and it’s usually the best value. Filming in stages gives you content to release the whole way through. The final film is then built from footage you already have, rather than shot from scratch at the end.
Yes. White card and PPE are standard, and we complete whatever induction your site or principal contractor requires before the day rather than in the gatehouse on the morning. Send the requirements at quoting stage.
Yes, to CASA rules and with the approvals in place first. Near an airport, over people or in controlled airspace that takes lead time, so tell us at briefing. If a flight can’t be approved we’ll say so early rather than on the day.
It should not. We plan shots around the work rather than the other way round. If a shot genuinely needs a pause we agree it with the site manager beforehand and keep it as short as possible.
Short visits at the stages that look different: ground works, structure, fit out and handover. Each one is a half day rather than a production. The catch is you can’t go back for it later, so the call has to be made at the start of the build.
Yes. You own the finished files and there’s no licence period, so the same footage can run in a submission, on the website and in a display suite. Tell us at briefing if a submission needs a particular length.
