Normally a main venue film, several short vertical cuts and detail footage you can use later. Tell us where it’s going and we’ll plan the day to fill it.
Yes, and we frame for it on the day rather than cropping widescreen afterwards. That way the vertical cut is composed for its own frame instead of chopping heads and plates in half.
The first edit of the full set lands within 10 business days of the shoot. If you need something for a launch or a weekend, say so up front and we’ll prioritise that cut and get it to you first.
No, and we’d rather you didn’t. A busy room looks better than an empty one. We film during service with a small crew and stay clear of the floor. If a specific shot needs the room quiet we take it before doors.
We keep them out of frame. Signage at the door and a word to your floor staff covers most of it, and if somebody says no on the day, that’s the end of it.
Yes, and that’s usually the point. One visit covering venue, food, people and atmosphere gives you a main film plus a set of short cuts you release over weeks. You own the files, so there’s nothing more to pay.
Yes. Running multiple sites across consecutive days is cheaper per venue than booking them one at a time, because the setup and the travel are shared. Tell us the full list at quoting stage.
